At Detail, we ensure good design is underpinned by sustainability to develop our buildings. We believe this approach helps us deliver more inherently sustainable spaces, which are not only attractive to occupy but also efficient to operate.

To assist us in demonstrating and delivering a responsible approach to our developments we understand that designing and delivering buildings responsibly is paramount – providing inherently sustainable spaces which let well, achieve better long‐term values, and which reduce carbon emissions and running costs for the benefit of both ourselves and our partners.

Materiality

We want to understand in detail those material issues which affect our business to ensure we are addressing the full range of issues. At Detail we aim to ensure and keep primary focus on:

Social

Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the areas in which we operate is an essential part of our management approach. These areas and communities include our supply chain, investment partners and all local stakeholders which are associated with our developments and construction projects.
