Penn Lane Wolverhampton
The design approach aims to create a safe, green residential neighbourhood with contemporary style dwellings. The spatial character of this development was strongly defined by the existing features of the site, primarily the tall pine trees along the entrance approach on the western boundary, to which was added new green frontages and verges along the approach, creating a quite green lane edge by detached modern family dwellings.
